What an engagement contains
- Audit of the existing estate
- Inventory of hardware, licences, data flows and dependencies. Delivered as a written map, not a slide deck.
- Migration plan
- A costed, dated sequence of operations, with rollback points. We also say what should not be migrated.
- Hardening and optimisation
- Backups verified by real restores, network segmentation, removal of single points of failure.
