Only the contact form collects data: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one (optional) and the content of your message. No other data is collected, and no browsing is tracked.

This data is used solely to handle your request and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, collected explicitly through the form's checkbox. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Form messages are delivered by Web3Forms, a processor established in the United States, therefore outside the European Union. Your data passes through that service before reaching us. Apart from this processor and the Infofil staff handling your request, your data is shared with nobody and is never sold.

Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for three years from the last exchange, in order to keep a record of the business relationship. After that they are deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise it, write to maintenance@infofil.fr or to the registered office address. We reply within one month. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

This site sets no cookies, uses no trackers and relies on no analytics tool. Fonts are served from our own servers and the location map is a still image: no request goes out to a third-party service when you view a page. That is why no consent banner is shown to you.
